If you are having problems in Windows or can't access normal boot then you can restore your system state files, to do this follow these simple steps.

  • First open Windows Backup by clicking on "Start, Accessories, System Tools then Backup"

  • Next click on "Advanced Mode"

  • Click on Restore Wizard.

  • Now click on "Next"

  • Next browse to backup file and select it

  • Now double click on the file which should now be located in the left hand window, and select on "System State"

  • Click on "next"

  • And then "Finished"

  • Your system files will have been restored to the date of the backup. Everything should now work OK.
