35 Karaoke Classics and Current Top Hits Join the Roster of Songs in the First and Only Interactive Karaoke Video Game Series

LOS ANGELES - Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) Booth #800 - May 12, 2004 - - Konami Digital Entertainment - America, a division of Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc., today revealed 35 all-new chart-topping songs included in Karaoke RevolutionTM Volume 2. Making use of any PlayStation® 2 computer entertainment system headset/microphone peripheral and the game's proprietary voice recognition technology, which rates the pitch and rhythm of the player's vocals, Karaoke Revolution Volume 2 is set to be the hit of summer parties nationwide.

The 35 new instantly-recognizable tunes put the focus right where it should be - the music. Featuring some of the biggest karaoke club classics such as "I Will Survive," "Sweet Home Alabama" and "We Are Family," as well as today's top hits "Toxic," "The First Cut is the Deepest" and "Genie in a Bottle," fans will have plenty to sing about. Karaoke Revolution Volume 2 features the original Karaoke and Arcade Modes as well as an enhanced Showtime Mode that will challenge would-be pop stars to move from the smallest venues to the top of the charts. Also new is the Medley Mode where players can link up to five song clips together and perform them all in rapid-fire succession for a unique karaoke experience. Karaoke Revolution Volume 2 is available to play at Konami's E3 2004 booth. The game ships this July for the PlayStation 2.
